At Walking On a Cloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear doesn't provide the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack with Care
Place the unworn footwear back into its original manufacturer's box and secure it inside a separate shipping carton to ensure the product remains in pristine condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
